Keith & Angela Robertson are the owners Monkland Cleaning Services.they have been serving their customers throughout central Scotland and beyond for more than 30 years. As a former salesman and sales trainer with National Companies, Keith firmly believes that people don’t like being sold to but would far prefer receiving information pertinent to their own concerns. Keith & Angela both focus on consumer education and have dedicated their company to providing the consumer with the latest information, so the consumer can make an educated decision. Currently Keith is vice president and training director with the National Carpet Cleaners Association. Over the years the company has established a number of divisions with specifically trained staff to attend to not only Trauma but also different aspects of hard and soft floor care and maintenance. For example they provide a 24 hour free recorded consumer information message that allows consumers to phone a recorded number and listen to the differences in carpet cleaning methods and provides questions to ask a carpet cleaner before inviting them into their home. This consumer information is also provided in a booklet form and may be obtained by calling 0800 659 2901 and asking for a paper copy of the consumer awareness guide or alternatively can be obtained from our website.

Association
Since 1968 the National Carpet Cleaners Association is the UK’s national association for carpet & upholstery cleaners, oriental rug cleaners and water & fire damage restorers. The Association is widely recognised, as being the authoritative source of information and advice on all aspects of the industry. Because the NCCA believes that proper training together with the knowledge, understanding, and skill acquired through that training, is so vital to the maintenance of standards, the Association has an ongoing commitment to the education and training of its members. Members are also required to abide by the Association's Code of Practice, which covers such specifics as fair pricing, service, complaints procedures, liability and consumer protection, designed to ensure customer satisfaction at all times. All members are required to provide a high quality service to their customers, summed up by the association's motto: "Service with Integrity". Monkland Cleaning Services is very involved in this association.
Only fully accredited members of the Association are eligible to use the NCCA name and logo, and thus able to extend to their customers the assurance this offers.
