Crime Scene, sudden death or accident
We have responded to these situations for over 20 years. We fully understand cleaning techniques and processes and have adapted them to trauma situations. Technicians are taught not only how to carry out the work but also how to do it discreetly and in a supportive way, particularly where the next of kin or family members are involved. Areas or items contaminated by body fluids are either removed or cleaned. Odours are treated. Deeply contaminated surfaces are made safe by cleaning and sealing.
Needles & contaminated items
It is standard practise that should a tradesman come across a needle in a property they will vacate the property immediately until it has been cleared and thoroughly checked. Used needles are a biohazard and a fast response is required to remove and dispose of these potentially dangerous items particularly if it is a public place. This is one of the services which we offer to local authorities and housing associations.
Uninhabitable Properties
Monkland Bio-Recovery Services start where most other cleaning services draw the line. Often referred to as Extreme Cleaning, we supply all the equipment, cleaning agents, materials and technicians needed to transform an uninhabitable property back to a safe environment. Whether these conditions stem from health risks, such as squatters, large rubbish accumulation, animal or human faeces or from uncaring tenants we are there to sort it out.
